Locate your Biller Genie ID
In your Biller Genie portal, click your name in the top right, then click ‘Billing.’
Your Biller Genie ID will be listed along with your other Subscriber Details

An even simpler way to retrieve your Biller Genie ID is from the URL of any page within your account. You can find it easily; it's always located directly after "Merchants/" in the URL.
This version of the ID does not include the “BG00…” prefix, but these final digits are sufficient for our support teams to locate your account!
