QuickBooks Desktop: Integration Settings

We know that every business has a unique set of processes, so we include built-in adjustments that allow you to fine tune how your Biller Genie account integrates with your instance of QuickBooks Desktop.
In your Biller Genie portal, navigate to ‘Add-ons’ > ‘QuickBooks Desktop’ Here you'll find the available settings.
AutoSync
Select ‘Yes’ if you want Biller Genie and QuickBooks to sync automatically. Select ‘No’ if you want to manually initiate syncs.
Sync Interval
If using AutoSync, this field tells Biller Genie how often we should initiate a sync with QuickBooks. 240 minutes is the default.
Display Line Item Groups (Bundles)
Set this to ‘Yes’ to display the item details of any Item Groups you may be using. When set to ‘No’ only the Group name will show.
Multi-File Mode Enabled
Some environments have many QuickBooks Desktop company files (.QBW) on a server along with an install of QuickBooks Desktop. This setup should also include an install of the Biller Genie Web App, so it can connect to those files and process API calls. Organizations with this setup typically want to be able to process API calls with all the company files on the server, and Biller Genie supports this. Use the instructions here, if you need to sync multiple files.
